27-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I m Mmeet Verma frm Ahmedbad. I m Hindu, I m 43 yrs and married since13 yrs. Kept me in dark about health issues my wife had which is going to take care life long. Marrige was arranged & my "Mami-Mama" were key players as middle man. I have NO CHILD because of wife's Infertility. After marriage my Mami-Mama never come to see or solve smaller issues between a couple. My mother is very aged widow + 2 handicap sisters. I am working as wellness Therapist on freelancing basis. My wife is working with a school & she is working since marriage. I have a flat with first my name , purchased by me. second name of wife. I am paying emi loan since 12 years. Another flat was purchased with my wife's first name+mine at Ahmedabad 7 yrs back.she is paying emi of this...My wife's Mama threatened and pressure my wife to get divorced. He told that he would destroy me totally.Since there is no support from my OWN Mama-Mami & they also insist for divorce. In this case, how property almoney etc.distribute.

Forget your mama mani and your wife mama.First you tell me that do you want divorce?do your wife want? If you both don't want then no issue, but if your wife want than what is the reason ?If you are not ready then court will not entertain when there is no big issue among you.You can't get divorce on health ground but if she doe not want to stay with you mom you can. Each House can be given to individual. No maitance to wife if she is earning. All you have to prove

Generally in such case the property would be distributed equally among the owner and co-owner. Moreover in case of divorce the Hon'able Judge might order to distribute the property as per document submitted.
