Harrassed by husband and his family members

My husband and his family members harrasing me so much.They are doing lot of mental torture.Now i am decided to keep dvc what is the procedure of that case and how many days after i will get maintenance.Now i am pregnent i dont have money for medical expencess.
If there is any physical or mental violence you can file a complaint in the women cell. You can file for divorce on any of the grounds mentioned under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, ground suited in your situation is cruelty. Yes you can file for maintenance from your husband.
