Harassed by wife what action can I take

I'm married for 3 years in odisha. From day1 my wife started pressurizing me by saying that she is unwilling to stay with my family there and will raise false dowry case against my entire family. So I had to take her up at my work place in Kolkata. Here also she is always demanding jewellery and costly articles and fighting everyday day. Continuously trying to cut me off from family and friends. Wants get hold of my money else damaging furniture, mobile etc. Even moved my out of home. Always abusing me.. In-laws also joining with her and threatening me to raise legal case .please help

Firstly, If she is staying with you, we would advice you to make call recordings or video recording of her making such threats.

Secondly, if she left your home then your make a written statement to the local police station stating that she left your house. If the case has already been filed we suggest you to hire a competent advocate to defend you in the court.

You also may want to prepare to file an anticipatory bail for yourself and your family if some criminal complaint like under Section 498a has been filed / is about to be filed against you and your family.

You must immediately file a complaint in your local police station against your wife and in-laws at the earliest. Even if they do not register an FIR, the endorsed copy of the complaint will show that you have taken action if your wife files an FIR against you, and you will at least be able to secure bail if that happens. Also file a divorce case against your wife on the ground of cruelty.
