When I file a divorce petition is it compulsory that my wife must stay with me ho many days it take to complete full proceedings

Yes that is mandatory if there is separation of a year between the parties prior to filing divorce then petition is entertain if you are both living together sleeping together then why u need divorce it is Only after living separately for year if u realise you can live without her file for divorce other wise every body is unhappy with wife , except few, .
