If husband has 16 lacs in total wealth what is the maximum divorce alimony wife can get as per indian hindu law. Also can she claim for divorce alimony after divorce decree nisi becoming absolute final.
there are various factors depends on alimony, the age of wife, whether she is in service dependants on husband like as parents other responsibilities on him, if his wealth is 16 lakhs if it is in cash form then max.1.6 lakhs.if the decree is final then not possible.
