Case under 13B if party changes statement in second motion what to do

My case is Under section 13B . On second motion judge gives us a date for order writing. If on this date second party changes her statement. Then what can be the consequences? What should I do?

First u produce both of u your 13(b) petition before me with sends your affidavits and if she change her version you file and application before the court consent for condiment of facts but dear its depends only your petition.

If second party changes its statment or denies facts about petition.then petition not allowed.if you wants to be successful in your matter please convence second party .after that another petition u/s 13 hindu marriage act willbe filling

As per ur statementin ur case us 13 b of hma next date is for order, without second second motion ,divorce order or decree can't be passed by any court, if ur spouse change statement ,then petition can dismiss by court ,batter u widro petition with liberty to file dress us 13 h m a ,rest on wish a vise
