Hi there, in this situation your arrest is completely at the discretion of the police officer after the recent supreme court judgement. It is a wise decision to apply for anticipatory bail to clear the clouds. Allegations raised in the complaint are common in nature. You have to defend ur self in trial. You can be arrested in this case, if fir has been registered against you and your parents. You should apply anticipatory bail and have to take the further necessary steps in this regards. So that adverse action against you prior can ng l not taken by the opposite party

Follow the instructions of your lawyer. He will definitely guide you better. But be aware about his strategy. Yes you have to take bail and it would be better if you take anticipatory bail otherwise police may arrest you and your family members. Thereafter you have to take regular bail. There is all probability that she has filed a case for maintenance as well. Don't worry. It happens in all matrimonial cases. It would be more appropriate to file a case against girl and build some pressure upon her then only the matter can be settled. Otherwise you and your family will suffer. Regarding the fees, I can only say that it depends on lawyer to lawyer and case to case. All the best...
