You can marry again that girl but please note , if the relation is with in degree of prohibited relation ,then the marriage will be invalid as per the Hindu marriage Act.

required more details, whether the relation is within the degree of prohibited relation.

Dear Client,
The matter is bit complicated, since your spouse is a blood relation. Since both of you like and love very much, you can live in a " living together arrangement" (if both of you have the guts). Otherwise if you marry legally there is every possibility to create problems by the relatives on both sides. That is the only way I am seeing.

Hai
Query is a complicated one n lacks details. Need to be sure whether it comes under the prohibited relationship. If it comes its a bit tough to proceed with in thw proper. Eventhough there r some ways. I cant publish it here.so better u contact a family/civil lawyer BEFORE u start living.
Hope am upto ur query

If the divorce petition is still pending in the court you need not wait to get the order of that. You can withdraw the petition at any time before the evidence. Or else you can directly inform the court that you are not ready for the divorce at the time of filing the affidavit.
