Can a divorce petition be filed within six months of marriage

i am doing job in dubai i got married at jan 2017 6 months ago, but she is not allowing to have sex with me, she never given me until yet. she is alwyas angry when i ask for sex, i hardly live 15 days with her after marrige&then i come back to india again for week then also not responce &after 3 months i made her visa & called her in dubai but she dident resign her job in india just taken 15 days live& in this 15 days she didnt hade sex with me i told her to stay with me but she go back to india she is not ready to live abroad &i am not getting good job in india she saying come to india but IF i get good job then only she will stay with me how to get divorce from her ,they asking money from me. i am in trouble i dont have money
