2nd marriage fixed but did received divorce decree for 1st marriage

03-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)

My sister had been separated from her husband for a year after that both decided to dissolve it through divorce by mutual consent. After filing the petitions and following all the legal proceedings for another year, she got fixed for a marriage after the said date of handing over the decree of divorce. But somehow it got skipped. So the next date was agreed upon. But then her ex got to know and filed an application to skip the date, which now falls after remarriage date to seek revenge. How to counter this without stalling the marriage

WITHOUT DELAY , citing the reason of urgency , file an application to the respective court for releasing the decree atthe earliest. additionallydo mention the malified intentions of the husband behind the dame . 100% your work will be done and you will get persmission in some way.

The decree got declared by the competent court on the basis of compromise or mutual consent can never be recalled not even it can be set aside in appeal if there is no sound ground, as in the present fact of case, and ex - husband has no legal right you can solemnize your marriage and you do not need to post phone it
