You need to file an application in your nearest police station as well as to the SP concerned and if no action is taken they you have remedy to knock at the door of the court via application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. annexing photographs, email chatting and other evidence or you can talk to your boyfriend on his mobile by recording his version for the purpose of bringing him in the ambit of law



Q: Husband passed away how can I claim my streedhan

My husband passed away last year in May'2015, at that time I was not aware for the right of streedhan a woman possess and my in laws took all the jewellery including managalsutra back from me...though I was not ready to give the same to them due to emotional connect with everything that's my husband's memory ..but they pressurized me and get everything from me, what should I do to get it back...??

You are advised to give a legal notice to your inlaws for the return of your stridhan and even if they are not ready then you can file a case against them for the offence under section 406 IPC but you can get better advice while sitting before your lawyer



Q: A minor girl eloped and called me many time is this a criminal offence

A girl known to me, left her house came to meet me and den went to her girl friend house, and then eloped with someone unknown , while leaving her girl friend house, she called me. But since ever she eloped she called me 3 times from different phone numbers... Do I become a criminal in eye of law for the reason that she called me?

Hi, I m Married fir last 4.6 yr. Have a son of 3.6 yr. My husband had asked me to move out of his house Whn I was 4 mnths pregnant and since thn I m living at my parents place..
