Wife filed false domestic violence case against husband

What if daughter in law file a false domestic violence case without any particular proof. On her husband and his family? Being innocent also they get punished? And what about a student if she also dragged in false domestic violence how can she protect herself and her family by false case
The first and foremost thing when a complaint or petition is filed any body is to enter appearance and file objection statement.The Court will not dismiss any complaint at the threshold. One has to appear and defend himself or herself. You can give all details in the objection statement narrating every detail to prove your innocence.

Husband would not be spared since he is her husband to pay maintenance his job asssigned but others would be left out since u have to establish in trial further file discharge application to student minor further all are not needed to come to court only husband is enough
