Sir criminal case FIR register and case was acquitted can I eligible for govt job u/ s 143 147 148 149 323 324 504 506 no horest no punishment case date 18/5/2014 acquit date 22/2/2015 According to SC no govt job to criminal case plz RU opinion
After acquittal for the charges level against you, you are deemed to have been innocent of the offences alleged. So, you are eligible for the Government job. The alleged offences are not so serious touching moral turpitude or the offences against the sovereignty of the state.
