False complaint lodged against me

False complaint is being lodged against me by my elder brother. I have a property dispute with him. He along with my mother lodge false complaints of violence and harassmnet against me. Police does not much action when we file our complaint. Yesterday we received a ncr. But i think there not enoguh facts to supprt that. Should i be scared because i am a government employee. What are the actions that can be taken against me. And what should i do if the police does not take an action. We have filed complaint in sec 156 in court though.
since you're a government employee, the registration of FIR and consequently, registration of a criminal case against you, can lead to suspension of services or any other or further action that your employer might take against you.
