Who are you in this matter? Bailable warrant is issued to secure the presence of that person. On that day, he is suppose to appear in person in the court and tell about his non appearance. The bailable warrants generally cancelled by the court after the appearance of the person. But on that , if he is again absent , then the court has the power to issue Non Bailable Warrant against that person for non appearance. Revert me. If you have any other query.

Issuance of bailable warrants is essentially a means of securing your presence before the court. Technically it's a warrant authorising your arrest in case you refuse to appear. However, if u appear before the next date and apply for cancellation thereof, there might not be a cause for concern. Consultation Advised.

The complaint will have to appear before the court on the next date of hearing. Bailable warrant is a means of ensuring complaints presence in the court for that he may be arrested however since it's a bailabl warrant he will be given bail on the compliance of the conditions mentioned in the warrant such as amount of bond, surety etc.

Complainant need not to afraid if the bailable warrant is issued against him. It is just a complusive notice to appear before the court. You just have to appear on next date of hearing . On that day your examination in chief and cross examination will be conducted in respect of your F.I.R. there after you will be discharge and need not to come ever again if court directed.
Thanks and regards

Hi,
It means that the warrant is issued for compelling the appearance of the accused in court. He must be present in the court on said date. He must also be ready to furnish the bail bond and appear before the court and furnish the bail bond.
