Sister in law filed false domestic violence case against my family

My elder brorther got married on 1/3/2006.With that marriage the have two kids of six years.Last Year in 2015 in june she filed a compaint against us in mahila thana regarding dowry, violence and attempt of rape against me.She filed ann fir also in indirapuram staion.May time she called the pcr also.Currently she is living with us only in separate portion and is not allowing my brothe to live with her.All expenses are paid by my father.My mother is the owner of the house.Her parents have finish all relation with her and they have also mention in the nwespaper also.Now what legal actions taken

(2.) you should be file a cross FIR.
(3.) you should be file FIR stay application.

dear owner form the case above it is clear that your elder brother has been married for almost 10 years from filing of dowry complaint, thus its not maintainable, as dowry case has to be filed within 7 years of marriage. And for domestic violence and rape complaint examine what has been alleged and arrange for the evidence to contest allegations. Your brother can also file for divorce against her.
