Refusal of hospital to admit suicide patient what to do.

Can a private hospital refuse to admit a person who has attempted suicide, on the grounds of no acquanitaince being there to accompany the patient? E.g, a man found on the road.

Dear Sirs,
Private hospitals cannot refuse medical treatment to person who requires emergency medical care and treatment. Even if it does not have facilities, it is bound to provide first aid treatment to the patient.
