Re appeal of case against me which was dismissed by the court

Dear Sir/Madam I had a CR case against me under section 417 in Titabar court if jorhat district.After all the evidences and no any fraud found against me , which took a year struggleness the court has given judgement and dismissed the case. But now again the other party has appealed the case in the District court of jorhat..Now i have no idea. .what shall i do.?
Just as you contested your case in the lower court similarly you need to engage an Advocate for defending appeal of the opposite party .Since the O.P lost their case in lower court you stand a good chance in district court.
