I got cheated by guy on matrimonial site. He was in a relationship with othergirls (4 girls who also met him on matrimonial site for marriage) nd with me at the same time. He used make physical relationship with us nd used take money from us. I hv trasffered him money from here i hv some proofs regarding that. He stays in pune. Nd i m from mumbai. Nw the seen is other girls r also frm pune. But they r nt ready lodge a complaint against him. Becoz all that girls r staying in pune only for job nd thr families r from nagpur, kolhapur etc. I wanted to lodge a complaint against this guy. Becoz he is doing all this thing with girls by saying i will marry u nd after sm days he used to broke up with girls.i want lodge a complaint in dehuroad police station. But police is nt ready to file my fir. Plz help me for this. Becoz he is spoiling life of girls by making false promises. He's nt wrkng seens last 2 years. Bt he used to say i m wrkng in infosys.
HELLO, i have been through your query and i think that if the police is not registering your fir you should file a pvt complaint in an appropriate court of law, and also you have other legal remedies which can be discussed later!

In such a situation when police authority is not ready to accept your complaint , file complaint with concerned SP office and then move to the criminal court to file private complaint. Along with complaint its better to have proofs to substantiate the allegations.

Please appoint Advocate who will draft your complaint to police and then the Police will take your FIR against this accused person.
As long as Police takes action, it is not issue if it is Mumbai police or Pune Police.
