Physical cruelty by the upper caste

Does law has any documentation for this social crime- “Who born in july should not have money”.Singh and Gupta of upper religion doing hurt even upto killing people born in july if they are getting education and earning money.What action can be taken against it?
Can you explain what you are trying to say? If they are doing such illegal activities, you should call police and lodge an FIR. If the police is refusing to register the FIR, we can help you in this respect. We have approach the concerned court for the direction so that the police would be duty to register an FIR and proceed accordingly. Revert me .
