legal action if another lady's name mentioned in my passport as wife

My spouse has filed a case of 494b against me. i am currently living with another lady and not divorced from my first wife. The second lady's name is mentioned in my passport in the column wife. when the case comes to trial and the opposition lawyer asks me to exibit my passport , what should i do?
SIr, in this case the opposition lawyer will not ask you anything unless you give evidence, it is for the the wife's side or prosecution to prove that you have got entered into second marriage without divorce, further in charge sheet what all documents have been produced to prove the case will be given and the charge sheet copy will also be given to you. you can contact me for further details.
