The Section charged against you under the provisions of IPC are Bailable Offense except Section 420 of IPC which is Non Bailable. It is only on the discretion of the Hon'ble Court to grant a bail or not, but if we make strong averments in the Bail Application the Court may grant you Bail. for further more detail information call me on my number.

hello,
time to get bail depends on several factors. it may sometimes depend on recovery, sometimes the court is not inclined to give bail as the offence is serious and it is evident from the conduct of the accused. also most of the time the courts are overburden with cases.

It is subject to circumstances. Once an application is filed the matter can be taken up within the next week and then the prosecution might seek time so best case scenario as per my experience will be within 2 weeks but uncertainty always remains.
