Invested in a company turn out to be fraud what legal options I have

have invested some money in a company in india and the company administrator made off with my money as the company was not legit. i have also lent one of them, some money he promise to repay with interest at the end of july 2016. what do i do
You need to issue a notice for him to repay the money immediately failing which you may be file a money recovery suit in a jurisdictional civil court. You must have proper documents to establish that you had lent money
