How to deal with incorrect nomination against insurance policy

Pl advise me that how can i take action against a man who has nominated my wife as his wife and nominee in a insurance policy taken by him from LIC. My wife and me are worried about this suspicious act of that man. Pl. Advise.

You are hereby advised to lodge FIR with the police station concerned immediately. Also check whether your wife also in connivance with that man. If FIR is not lodged approach the Magistrate for the same. This will be a safeguard for you.
