How to deal with false rape charges

Respected Sir, This is Sanju from mp. There is a girl who have filled a false rape case against my relative. And police have taken him in jail. He is very poor and can't do any thing. Please help
If the Police has already registered case against your relative, then your relative can do nothing except fighting the case very well. If his innocence is successfully proved, he can get acquittal.
If he is poor, then he can hire a Lawyer from the Legal Aid Cell of district where the case has been registered against him.

If FIR has been registered against your relative and you think that he is falsely implicated in the matter then you have two options first you can file a petition under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure code before Hon'ble High court and can pray for quashment of FIR second t you will have to face the trial and give you evidence record your statement then trial court will pass the judgment that you are liable for punishment or not.

Your relative have been arrested for the offence of sec 376 IPC based on the FIR. now you have to bail him out. First the bail will be filed in the session court and if the court gives the bail than its fine or else you have to go to the High Court for bail.
