How to deal with false lawsuit under dowry act

Hello Sir, my brother and my parents have been given a false lawsuit of the Dowry Act.They have been running for a year. These streams have been imposed - 498A, 323, 379 and 504. How will this case be dismissed, will we They can sue for defamation. I have a paper signed by the lawsuit on plain paper, there are 4-5 witnesses.
