How much time does it take in the quashing of FIR and chargesheet

My name was falsely implicated in 6 criminal cases, for the same I had been arrested and later released on bail after 90 days of arrest , now I have applied for quashing of the fir and charge sheets(all 6 charge sheets filed), today I got a stay for all the cases. My question is what is the next process of court and how long would it take to completely quash the fir and charge sheet.
You have to file a Criminal Petition Under Section 482 for quashing.The time for quashing depends on the offence and charges framed against you and its court discretion to quash or not by considering the documents placed etc., So it can't be answered how much time it will take it may even month or may drag to years. Atlast court should decide that the cases filed against you or false and fit to be quashed for which you have to wait.
