Girl trying to accuse me falsely under rape case, attacked my wife

part 1 Dear Sir, Madam case as follows at 2208 i was working at jewelry showroom at neighbor showroom a girl was in friendship with me and after 5 years when my mother die and thereafter one year i married someone. first she threaten her not to marry me when she married me she thrown acid at my wife on 28 march 15 by luck she save we filled FIR against her and same submitted to court. court pass arrest warrant for them they take stay on that and register Fresh FIR at 2016 jan against me at dehradun by giving this point 1 In the name of marriage i raped her for 5years 2 she abort child of us 3 i made her sexual video all the legations are wrong because on 21st Jan high court done counter and still they have not submitted their counter but CJM passes order of section 82 and police regularly raiding my resident at delhi i talked with my delhi laawyer they are denying me to present at court as because first police will arrsst me and my case is pending at high court for decison
