Girl filed case for slapping what can we do

My friend was slapped by a girl and he slapped her back and she filed case against him for that and we all who was with him are involved in the case. Is it possible to for him to file a case against her according to 504.( Both the boy and the girl are under 18 but our friends include 18+ also )

counter case can be instituted either trough the police or by a complaint to the magistrate having territorial jurisdiction .
breach of peace / hurt can be alleged.
but advice your friend it is always better to get along peacefully and try to excell her on all other walks of life.
