False FIR lodged against father due to dispute in ancestral property

False FIR filed against my father.There is ancestral property dispute wherein my uncle's son tried to do violence against my father.I called the police and the matter was sorted with warning to my uncle's son.Now he has despite his fault filed FIR against my father.What can be done??

You go and check with the police first. if the offences / sections mentioned in the FIR are bailable, then your father can execute a bond in the police station and come out. If the sections / offences are non-bailable your father better take an anticipatory bail.

Get all the relavant documents to the property to lawyers office and have the legal scrutany of the titles. If your uncles son does not have any right over such property, then your father can file a suit for Permanent Injucntion against your uncles son.
