False charges by wife to take revenge

My divorce case is in court. As i exposed her behaviour in court and asked to go divorce but it is yet to be happened.But Today, suddenly i got to know that my wife alleged assault & rape charges on me. Out of IPC sec 376 or 376a will be apply on my case ?
I think 376B IPC will apply. You can always file a quashing of FIR case in view of teh fact that the same is counterblast to your divorce case. Proceed with caution and consult a good Advocate earliest.

Case will apply because in our legal system, everyone is free to made his/her complaint against anyone but it will be difficult to prove against you.
