Ex girlfriend forcefully married me after filing fake rape FIR

Few days back,my ex girlfriend filed a fake Rape FIR against me. Under the pressure i had to marry her.In her statements she has taken back all charges but still final closure report is pending and FIR is still not quashed.I want to get rid of this girl now as my trust on her has broken and she forcefully married me even when i and my parents always denied her and her parents.I have never cheated her.Please suggest.

I'm this regard first of all u should make necessary arrangements fir quashing FIR. In this way I can file petition in High Court for quashing on mutual compromise basis. Till the quashing u should make her to trust on each other. On later stage u can decide what u and ur parents want in future.
