Cheating case filed against friend what can be done

Hi i My friend run ya business of placement in Mumbai , he has taken ya money for the job , because of some reson he cnt able to provide Job , nw that had file case against him of 420 , he ready to give the money back to Candidtes and he has taken money , on first day of hearing he was sent to four days police custody, shld he will get the bail after four days , and case is at secession court my guide wht to do
His lawyer should make statement in the court that they r ready to deposit the money in the court and in most likely will get bail . The bail is granted in most of the cases in case money z deposited by the accused in court

All depends on the merits of the case as portrayed to The Honorable court. If the court. With all 'If's ' and 'but's' well posted upon the matter finds it fit to do so. Either ways, would be able to advice only after antecedents of the Accused//undertrial are well read.
