Cheated by husband after marriage as he took all my belongings

My husband has cheated me after marriage I came to know all about..He has given false information about his salary,assest and lifestyle.He also had an extramarital affair and has planned a conspirancy with her and along with her family members to snatch money from me. His brother came to my place of living along with his friends and threat me many times to threat me of killing. My husband also threat and injured me many times and left me alone in new place. He also installed some software and traced and recorded my phone conversation , mail,text etc. He also created fake mail id n with new number he is disturbing me. They all have taken all my jewellery even clothes after marriage..So many issues are there..just guide me so that they all get punishment for spoiling my life.

You can file harassment/theft complaint with the police station explaining all your situation. I am not sure which kind of software he installed to trace and record your phone conversation/mail/text. If the harassment involved computer sources then he can be accused under Information Technology Act as well. We need to discuss more on this before we go to police station.

I think you require to be heard patiently as you are very disturb as of now , if you are being tortured and harassed and facing dometic voilence then all would be punished as per Law and would be sent jail, you SD consult us at earliest to provide legal assistance. You need to file criminal case against your husband and his relatives for threatening, assault and also for cheating you with your money and valuables. In regard to installing a software in your phone you need to file a complaint before the cyber crime department. you should stop using that phone too to protect your privacy.
