Can a person lodge a case for reporting a tax fraud case online portal

i posted a complaint in www.complaintboard.in about a person and his tax fraud. but, i am not sure about his activities and it all was my assumption about him. now, he is going to lodge a complaint against me in cyber crime. please provide a solution for this issue. thanking you,
Any allegations without any proof invites penal provisions and prosecutions, so you have to take utmost caution when you are in social platform, before alleging any thing against any body. If you have the audacity seek apology from concerned person,if not wait for your turn, till you are summoned and face the case on its merits.
