"however that was a personal loan and this girl have not taken anything from husband;s property or any amount"

If this part is true then you don't need a judgment to support your case. Chances are the bank will never file a case simply because they have none against you.

But that is not to say that they have no case at all. They can aand should very well pursue the legal representatives of the deceased. LRs are those people who receive the property of the deceased whether by WILL or otherwise. It is these people who the lender (bank) has a cause of action against, not anyone else.

Merely because the deceased left a wife living doesn't automatically make her a legal representative of the deceased husband.

Query is unambiguous.
For personal loan, Bank can not make wife liable.
Court has summoned under Section 506.
Section 506 deals with criminal intimidation
Issue legal notice to Bank calling upon them to restraint calling
And, please go and consult a lawyer for summon received under 506 IPC
Either you have mentioned wrong or two separate cases are there

If your husband took loan did he place you as guranter. However lot also depends on whether your husband left a will and what are the contents If he left a will then liabilities will be governed by will If not you and other inheritors also inherit his liability too and may have to honor that
