Overcharge for Mineral Water Bottle

I have been overcharged than the MRP printed on mineral water. I have the bill which shows Mineral water charged 30rs against the mrp of 20. I wish to take action against the hotel. Please advice.
If the bill issued to you shows excess money charged as money lawfully chargeable, you don't have any remedy. If that is not so, you can lodge complaint with food and drugs authority or with Consumer forum.
