Sir, I am working at a house as a cook since 21 years . But they had not providing me a any facility .now they all are behave very rudely towards me. So I want to ask u that if they fired me I will get some compensation .

You will definitely get relief in labour court. You can take advice and assistance in further action from district legal aid commitee. You will get more compensation than you expect as there are ample provisions in law to take care of your interest

Q: Police clearance certificate for address where rent agreement is due

Hi,I need police clearance certificate for my visa application. Now i just moved to my current address 2 months back and since I moved with bachelors the rent agreement for my new address is yet to be done and it's due at this month end. What should I do to prove my residence for these two months where rent agreement was not effective for myself? For the earlier residence I have original address proof.Also, My permanent address is Surat but I have been living in Mumbai since last 4 years due to my job. So while doing Police clearance certificate which address I should mention?Your prompt help will really help me.Thanks,Ankur

In Rent agreement to be entered into by you, it can be stated that you are occupying the place since earlier. Passport authorities do insist for strict proof of residence. What other proof is acceptable can be enquired from agent and/or passport office or from website.

Dear Sir, I'hd purchased a holiday package from Travel Company by paying approx Rs 70k in 2015. Till date they haven't given any service which they agreed. They are not lifting calls also.

Send a letter by registered post or email giving details of package booked by you, your follow up so far and about no response and ask for getting tour as per package. If package seller doesn't do needful, approach consumer forum. Please note that complaint is required to be filed within 2 years.

Q: Can i marry woman who is already married and not divorced yet?

M in love wid a woman and she also loves me but she is married has 2 kids and m unmarried.She is not happy wid her married life and her husband is not giving her divorce.i wan to get married to her n m ready to accept her daughter also.so how can i marry her wid out her divorce.plzzz advice me m from mumbai

No, you cannot. The woman will have to get divorced by filing a petition in family court. Marrying a woman during subsistence of previous marriage is an offence. You as well as the woman can be tried and can be convicted.

Q: What is the validity of Self affirmed affidavit

I want to know whether self-affirmed affidavit in support of evidence in the complaint (Affidavit singed by self and not notarized) is valid in consumer court?

In fact, affidavit to be filed in consumer forum is not affirmed on oath as of rule. It need not be notarized. It is simply to be signed as it appears to have been done by you. So go ahead with affidavit simply signed by you.
