Father in law gifted property to sons how can we claim our share

I am from Muslim family my fatherin law has gifted his property to 2 of his sons which is in tippunagar chamrajpet which is unregistered property all the original documents is with elder brother since my father in law is died he is not showing the documents so we also want the document and want half property in our name what is the procedure to get documents.

In muslim law there is no concept of ancestral property. If your father in law had been absolute owner of any property during his life time, he was free to gift it away also. Only he cannot give it away by will.

Issue one legal notice by stating about the gift deed and your right to him. If any such gift deed exists means you will get your share, contact any advocate who will guide you better to do the needful.

In Muslim law oral gift is permitted, your father in law might have gifted property by oral gift. So you cannot claim anything in the property, but some procedure is there to follow oral gift, whether it is followed or not looked into.
