Where to register caste certificate

Sir my father is up domicile and under obc category.but my education is done on mp so in which state I get caste certificate of obc.
Caste certificate is issued on the basis of domicile and the caste of your parents, so you will get caste certificate from UP. It doesn't matter that your education is done in MP if you are an UP domicile.
