What legal action can i take for non fulfillment of contract

Hello sir, I signed an agreement with an IT company for an andriod & IOS application development in November 2015, in which they promised to deliver the product by Febraury of 2016 and they failed to deliver till date. Because of this I lost a contract worth 14 lakhs and I also paid 75% i.e, 2,15,000 in advance, so under what sections can I fill a complaint against them. Thank you.
before proceedings with your case, the contractual terms are to be looked into. whether any clauses/conditions have been laid for non fulfilment. We can recover the advancw alongwith interest and damages. The place of agreement decides which court has got jurisdiction. Based on circumstances, even criminal case can be filed.
