Unauthorized construction of road on my land what action can i take

Sir Gram pradhan and people of other panchayat has constructed a road on my land without taking NOC from us. What action can I take to protect my property and against gram pradhan and his villagers.
first of all just close your land with some boundary. After that file suit in court for prohibitory injunction and compensation against them. also file application undre order 39 rule 1 and 2 cpc for stay orders . Serve them through dasti summons.
