Stay agaisnt appoinetment of Departmental Police Sub Inspector,

07-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Some non selected Female members from Police department went to MAT court against MPSC and Home mini. for Revaluation of marks for Physical exam. Initially court give them ad interim relief and put stay to flash result, but then after court orders to flash result to see if there is any discrimination happned with applicants and stay on appointment is continued, but after hearing court had revoked stay by rejecting interim relief given to applicants, and also dismisses all points on which case filed, on request of PO of applicants court granted 15 days breathing period upto 26th July next date. Now what should we do, as already we are waiting for appointment from last 6 moths. all 828 recommended candidates suffering a lot by this case. Can we go to High cour or to wait till next date, and what if they file appeal against MAT court order in high court. Can we do intervention application in High court before applicant. Plz guide ??

Yes we can approach the Hon'ble High Court to Appeal against MAT. If there is any discrimination happened and we can prove that then the High Court can recall the Orders and also it can direct the MAT to proceed it within the four corners of law.
