Seller's cheque bounced how to recover advance paid

i want purchase rsale flat so give rs200000 bu cheque but due to money/loan problem i cancelled and ask for refund he give rs 1 lakh whe i done complaint against him in police he gave in writing he paid upto feb 16 he gave me 2 cheque of rs50000 each of april16 and may 16 both bounced in june 5 after that I admitted in hosital for illness and on levae for 1.5 month after he gave rs25000/- cheque it also bounced in 14 sept 16
hello, have been through your query and i think you should sent a legal notice to the person who has bounced your cheque and file a complaint in an appropriate court of law and appoint a pleader for total info!

U need to give cheque bounce notice through the lawyer with in the 15 days from the date of cheque bounce. And give him time perios of 30 day with in which he need to pay the amount other wise file case.
