(6)How can I get my right claimed?When all 4 shops r still in granpa name?All 4shops are on rent which are paid to B's wife and rent agreements r in grandmothers name.?I don't get any rent as well?No access granted to visit the shops?.B's wife does want to sell the shops as well .
What are my options....I want to fight my own case?
If you are a family member of the same family then, You will have to obtain a legal heir certificate and then on file a case for partition in the jurisdictional civil court claiming your share in the said ancestral property.
