Hello sir, we filed civil revision petition in hyderabad high court against a case which is disposed in my thaluka court. but this civil revision petition order is came fevorable to opponent, can you please suggest me.
you can prefer an appeal for revision and please mention the status of the original suit in the thaluk what happend to it and you must also mention for which the revision is preferred then only appropriate advice can be shared and as per you question an revision can be preferred to division bench or else need to prefer special leave petition with the apex court
