Hi,

First of all, send a Legal Notice to the company with the help of your lawyer and demand the payment of dues. If the company comes forward and settles the issues amicably to your satisfaction fine otherwise file a money recovery suit in the civil court under the jurisdiction where the cause of action and the transactions with the company took place. You can also file a case of cheating and breach of trust against the company. Feel free to contact me for any assistance.
