DEAR SIR I AM WALEED BIN RAOUF FROM SRINAGAR NOWGAM JAMMU AND KASHMIR MY QUERY IS ABOUT THAT MY NEIGHBOUR IS RUNNING A FACTORY IN RESIDENTIAL AREA . A COLONY OF 20 HOUSES BUT MY HOUSE IS NEARER TO THE FACTORY WHICH CAUSES LOT OF DISTURBANCE TO ME .THE FACTORY IS MANUFACTURING BEDS ,SOFAS, HANDWORK , ETC ..I HAVE WARNED THEM MANY TIMES TO REDUCE UR NOISE BUT THEY R NOT LISENING .THEY DO THEIR WORK SOMETIMES TILL 10 PM WHICH AGAINIST HUMAN RIGHT ANGLE OF LIFE AND LIBERITY ..SO PLZ CONVEY ME WHAT SHOUD I DO THANKYOU..

You can file a complaint to your local tehsildar for public nuisance. Also file rti in Municipality and state pollution control board and get that verified whether the factory is running with permission of all local authorities or not and if not then file complaint in the concerned authority whose permission is not taken.
