Need Solution to get my share in partnership firm

My Grand Father had 4 sons,My Father Died in 98,We have share in 2 Rice Mills and Seafood Factory 2,Totally 4 Partnership deeds,And Land of 4 arces,After that father died ,share was automatically transferred to my Mother.From past 10 years they are showing losses in the firm,Giving lease to there own people without our concert.Whatever property we have,,We family members had partition between us,without bounders ..present my brother and uncles try to kill me .i am unmarried 34 Age.. with my mother. 1) Should i go for Partition suite ...which is partnership firm and land too 2) I want to Seal the Factories So they will come for comprise or Justice 3) I don't have Much money to spend too....and i want best solution and cheapest.. 4) I don't want to file a suite in my native place where the property is there.because i have death threat. 5) court fee for partnership firm and land partition fee among family
