Can a widow claim share in property of husband's brother?

20-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
When a person dies as bachelor without any will leaving a brother and a widow of another brother in his generation whether his entire property goes to only the living brother or the widow of the other brother will have a share in the property. If so, how much share does the widow of the other brother gets as per Hindu Succession Act, 1956? Hindu

if a bachelor dies without writing a will . his entire property will go to his father. if father is not alive than his property will go to brother. So property will be divided firstly between brother assuming the other brother alive and than deceased brother share will go to his widow.
